Cucumber RITZwich
These simple snacks are at their best with a cucumber straight from the farmers market - then add slices to RITZ Cracker sandwiches spread with cream cheese.
Ingredient list
- 32 RITZ Crackers
- ⅓ cup cream cheese spread
- 1 small cucumber, cut into 48 thin slices
- ⅛ tsp. garlic powder
- 16 small fresh mint sprigs
Directions
Spread 16 crackers with cream cheese spread.
Top with cucumbers; sprinkle with garlic powder. Add mint.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 16 sandwiches.
