Makes 24 servings, 1 wing piece and 1 Tbsp. sauce each.
Combine crushed red pepper, paprika, and 1 tsp. EACH black pepper and ground red pepper.
Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the seasoning mix for later use; sprinkle remaining seasoning mix over chicken wings.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs, wing sauce, mustard, and remaining black pepper and ground red pepper in pie plate; set aside. Combine cracker crumbs and reserved seasoning mix in separate pie plate.
Dip chicken wings, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, then cracker crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until wings are golden brown and done, turning after 20 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Serve wings with the sour cream mixture.
Serve with a cold glass of iced tea.
For convenience, the seasoned wings can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before dipping in the egg and cracker mixtures and baking as directed.
