Coffee RITZwich
When girlfriends come over to catch up, share these coffee-flavored sweet treats. Coffee flavored cream cheese sprinkled with chocolate makes a perfect dessert bite.
Ingredient list
- 2 tsp. boiling water
- 1 tsp. instant espresso, divided
- 2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped Mexican chocolate
Directions
Add boiling water to 3/4 tsp. espresso in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and remaining espresso in medium bowl until blended; stir in dissolved espresso.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto 12 crackers; sprinkle with chocolate.
Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
