Ingredient list

2 tsp. boiling water
1 tsp. instant espresso, divided
2 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
24 RITZ Crackers
2 Tbsp. finely chopped Mexican chocolate

Directions

Add boiling water to 3/4 tsp. espresso in small bowl; stir until dissolved.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and remaining espresso in medium bowl until blended; stir in dissolved espresso.

Spread cream cheese mixture onto 12 crackers; sprinkle with chocolate.

Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
