Cilantro-Jalapeño Crab Spread
Does a 10 minute appetizer sound perfect? This spiced crab spread goes together quickly so you can enjoy the party! Leave some jalapeno seeds in for extra heat!
Ingredient list
- ⅔ cup fresh cilantro, divided
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded, deveined and chopped
- 2 tsp. lime juice

Chop 1/2 cup cilantro; mix with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
