Chocolate, PB & Mallow Bites
Whether it's for a sweet after school snack or a parent's treat after the kids are in bed, these peanut butter s'more bites on TRISCUIT Crackers are an easy idea!
Ingredient list
- 12 TRISCUIT Crackers
- ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
- ½ oz. bittersweet baking chocolate, grated (about 2 Tbsp.)
- 6 marshmallows, cut lengthwise in half
Directions
Heat broiler.
Spread crackers with peanut butter; top with chocolate.
Place crackers on baking sheet; top with marshmallows, cut sides up.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 30 to 45 sec. or until marshmallows are toasted.
