Cheesy Spinach Dip Pull-Apart Appetizers

With just 10 minutes of prep, you can make these cheesy spinach dip bites! It's the perfect party appetizer with the dip baked between layers of TRISCUIT Crackers to resemble cheesy French bread.

Makes 8 servings, 4 topped crackers and 1 Tbsp. bruschetta each.

Ingredient list

  • 32 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 1 cup prepared spinach dip
  • ½ cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup tomato bruschetta topping

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Place crackers, in single layer with sides touching, on large sheet of parchment paper. Spread crackers evenly with spinach dip completely covering tops of all crackers; top with cheese.

Rearrange the topped crackers, in 8 rows of 4 crackers each with sides overlapping slightly, on large parchment- or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet to resemble loaf as shown in photo.

Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.

Pull crackers apart.  Serve topped with bruschetta.

Recipe Tips

  • Special Extra

    Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and/or shredded Parmesan cheese before serving.

  • Make it Easy

    Place crackers, in single layer with sides touching in 8 rows of 4 crackers each, on parchment- or foil-covered baking sheet. Spread with spinach dip, then top with cheese and bake as directed. Serve topped with bruschetta.
