Whipped cottage cheese makes a delicious creamy base for this flavorful Mexican appetizer. Adding chicken and shredded cheese makes this a hearty dip!

- 1 container (16 oz.) 2% milkfat low-fat small curd cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- ½ cup finely shredded cheddar-Jack cheese blend
- 2 Tbsp. chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- GOOD THINS Sea Salt Corn Snacks
Directions
Use pulsing action of food processor or blender to process cottage cheese and taco seasoning until smooth and well blended. Spoon into serving dish.
Top with all remaining ingredients except corn snacks.
Serve with corn snacks.
