Cheddar 'n Tomato RITZwich
When you have fresh plum tomatoes from the garden or farmers market, these bite size tomato melts should become your go-to snack! Ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredient list
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 12 slices
- 1 small plum tomato, cut into 6 slices
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top 6 crackers with tomatoes; cover with remaining crackers, cheese sides down.
