Caramel Apple "Nachos"
Ingredient list
- 18 caramels
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- ¼ cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 OREO Cookies, crushed (about 2 Tbsp.)
Directions
Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. (Caramel mixture will be hot.)
Arrange apples, with slices slightly overlapping, on plate.
Pour caramel mixture into measuring cup; drizzle over apples. Top with remaining ingredients.
