Cut each orange into 30 sections, then cut each section into thirds.
Spread crackers with cream cheese spread.
Top with orange pieces.
Drizzle lightly with honey or agave syrup before serving.
Substitute reduced-fat goat cheese for the whipped cream cheese spread.
If you can't get 30 sections from the 3 oranges, you'll need to cut enough of the orange sections into quarters to get the 90 pieces required to make this recipe.
