Ingredient list

  • 1 pkt. (1.76 oz.) belVita Crunchy Cranberry Orange Breakfast Biscuits (4 biscuits), divided
  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cold orange juice
  • 1 slice orange

Directions

Crumble 2 biscuits coarsely into blender container. Reserve remaining biscuits for later use.

Add yogurt and orange juice to blender.  Use pulsing action to blend ingredients until smooth.  Pour into glass.

Garnish with orange slice.

Serve with the reserved biscuits on the side.

    Freeze any leftover fruit juice, yogurt and/or cut-up fruit you might have on hand to use when making smoothies. Just measure out how much of each you would need and freeze it in an ice cube tray. Once frozen, pop the cubes out and place them in resealable freezer-weight plastic bags until ready to prepare your favorite smoothies, adding any variety of crunchy belVita Breakfast Biscuits.

For example, try Toasted Coconut Biscuits with 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mangoes; Crunchy Blueberry Biscuits with 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries; or Crunchy Chocolate Biscuits with 1/2 cup fresh or frozen sliced bananas. For best results, use unsweetened fruit. When using fresh or frozen fruit, add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water or 100% fruit juice if needed to blend smoothly.
