Antipasto Topper
No time to make a charcuterie snack board? Try these simple topped cracker snacks instead! Cheese, salami and stuffed olives are served on RITZ Crackers.
Ingredient list
- 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 3 slices hard salami, quartered
- 3 stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices
Directions
Cut cheese crosswise into 12 thin slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
Cover each cracker with 1 cheese piece, 1 salami piece and a second cheese piece.
Top each with olive slice.
Recipe Tips
- SubstituteSubstitute 1 pepperoni slice for each quartered salami piece and/or pitted black olive slices for the green olive slices.
