Makes 10 servings.
Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 3 Tbsp. cookie crumbs. Add remaining to sour cream mixture; mix well.
Shape into 20 balls, using about 1 Tbsp. for each. Roll in reserved crumbs. Place in single layer in waxed paper-lined pan.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
