American Spirit OREO Cookie Balls
Summer celebrations call for bite size desserts! These popular chocolate cookie balls are dipped in white chocolate and decorated with red, white and blue sprinkles!
Ingredient list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
- 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
- 12 oz. white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 Tbsp. red, white and blue multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls; place in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 10 min.
Dip cookie balls, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat each ball; shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.
